Our Process

Step 2: Your confirmation
Once your estimate is booked, you get an email and a text with the date and time. The reminders come to you automatically.
You do not have to call to check anything. You never have to wonder if you are on the schedule.

Step 4: The price walkthrough
We show you the price in person whenever we can, and we answer your questions right there. There is no pressure and no sales script.
The walkthrough is only meant to inform you. At the end, we ask one time if you would like to move forward.

Step 6: Meet your project manager
Before work starts, your project manager meets with you in person. You go over the work, the start date, and what to expect.
From here on, you have one point of contact. You are not passed around from person to person.
Step 8: The final walkthrough.
Touch-ups happen on every job, and they rarely add more than a day or two. We catch what we can as we go.
Then we walk through the finished work with you and check it together. The job is done when you agree it is done.

Step 1: The first call
We start with a quick call to learn what you need. We confirm your project fits our minimums: $2,000 for exteriors and $1,500 for interiors.
If your project is smaller than that, we will tell you on the first call. That way, you do not lose a week waiting on a quote we cannot give.

Step 3: The estimate, in person.
For exteriors, we spend 1 to 1.5 hours on-site. We measure using county assessment pages and Google Earth to read the terrain and elevation, then list the surfaces, repairs, and wash. You get your price on the spot in most cases, unless there is large repair work we need to price first.
For interiors, we spend fifteen minutes to one hour. We measure the height, width, and length of each area. Small projects are priced room by room, and larger projects are priced by surface area.

Step 5: Scheduling and colors.
Our scheduler reaches out to help with color choices and to set a start date range. Interior move-ins get first priority on the calendar.
Exterior work depends on the weather, and heat or rain can push your start date. We tell you this early so your timeline stays clear.

Step 7: The work begins
Paint and materials arrive before or on the first day. Our crew works Monday through Saturday. Your project moves every working day.
Once we start, we do not split the crew across other jobs. We stay on your job until it is finished.
Step 9: Your five-year warranty
Every project we finish is covered for five years. We put that warranty in writing.
We stand behind the work because our name is on your home. Our reputation matters more to us than a few dollars.
